  • Drain, prep, and replumb as needed

  • Equipment pad upgrades (pumps, filters, heaters, salt, automation, lights)

  • Written scope so the "after" matches what you signed

Not every ugly pool is a full remodel. If a leak repair or a heater swap solves it, we'll say that on pool repair and equipment repair.

Why does this require a licensed contractor?

Because it's structural and finish work on a vessel, often with plumbing and electrical. CPC1461132 is the license. Unlicensed remodel work is how people buy a pool twice.

How long is the pool down?

Depends on the scope. We'll put dates on the quote. Weather in Palm Beach County is part of the calendar. We don’t pretend otherwise.

Can you remodel a commercial pool?

Yes. Amenity shutdowns get planned with the manager so the property isn't surprised.

How is remodel priced?

By scope. Tile, coping, plaster, and pad upgrades move the number. You get it in writing before we start.
